I only schedule a few weddings every week to give your cake the personal attention and detail it deserves. You won't find large ovens, bulk ingredients and dozens of cakes leaving my kitchen on a weekly basis. I am an artist and feel like your cake should be a work of art. I pride myself on not only making beautiful wedding cakes, but cakes that also taste amazing.

The Cake Boutique specializes in high end center of attention cakes. We work with each client to create a unique, delicious cake for your special occasion. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. I was a 2x competitor on Food Network and Food Network Canada, of which I won! I have been published in: The New York Times, Cake Masters Magazine, and more!
