The Carriage House is a climate controlled 2250 square foot Carriage House opens from both sides with sliding carriage/barn doors, into the Carriage Room which has a beautiful cherry wood floor, fireplace mantel with lighting, Chandeliers and red carpet runner leading through to the Deck and the Amish Wedding Gazebo. The Carriage Room also offers a vendor kitchen where food can be assembled, heated and plated for your event. The Carriage Room is inviting and welcoming. It is fully furnished with a western flare but also looks spectacular when it is dressed up with our beautiful linen and fine bone china. The Loft at Due South is comprised of 3 separate rooms. Each room can be reserved separately or you can reserve the entire Loft. The Main Ballroom has direct access to the bar as well as 2 patios and can seat up to 150 guests. The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests, but the difference is that the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. All rooms are equipped with A/V that are included as an option when reserving the space. Couches and chairs are also available in all rooms for a cozy feel for any event.
