Forget Me Knot is a unique wedding and event venue located in the scenic Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. We are also near Zaleski State Forest and Lake Hope State Park area. The venue can host all types of events and can accommodate seating for up to 150 people. The rustic nature of the building allows easy decoration for many different kinds of events. A large space beyond the hall can be used for outdoor weddings and events.

In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.

Situated by Ohio University, the bustling uptown, and options for lodging, the Dairy Barn Arts Center is one of Athens most unique and historic venues. The Barn offers three distinct spaces and surrounding grounds (an herb garden, walking trails, and on-site parking). Clean, bright, and modern, the Barn allows guests to make the space their own.
