Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. Steph here! Hi! I love creating edible art! I found my passion with cake over 17 years ago when I became a new mom and wanted to make a special 1st Birthday cake for my son. A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!
