Prairie Pie is a sweet and savory pie company based in downtown Springfield, Missouri founded by baker Eleanor Taylor. Storefront coming 2021 to 307 S. Jefferson Ave. Springfield, MO!! Prairie Pie offers fresh, handmade sweet pies, pot pies, and cookies. Eleanor began her baking career here in the Midwest in her grandmother’s kitchen, baking and decorating hundreds of Christmas cookies. Since the age of 16 she has been creating custom desserts for bakeries in Springfield and New York City.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Hello everyone! My name is Kayla and yes, I am the baking bandit behind these creations. I started baking as a kid with my family for our holiday events and I have been HOOKED ever since! This passion has led me to create my own one woman show that you all know as Bake-A-Holic. I take pride in providing not only tasty but dazzling cookies that will be sure to steal the show!
