“Planning process and day-of execution were flawless. The final product was beautiful. The reason it's not a five-star rating is that the way they send you the raw footage is a really poor user experience. Nothing is organized, folders are all over the place and speeches were totally chopped up. I would have thought that I could go in and download the speeches as one video each, instead it's chopped into multiple videos. Other than that, our experience with them was great.”
