Located just an hour from the Twin Cities area and 10 minutes from Menomonie, Hayvn at Hay River is nestled among picturesque rolling hills. Our newly renovated venue accommodates up to 225 guests and offers both indoor and outdoor locations to customize your day. The grounds allow plenty of space for lawn games, cocktails on the patio, bonfires and gorgeous views of the countryside. A "one-stop-shop" stress-free experience with excellent service is what we offer. Our beautiful Ballroom holds up to 300 guests. We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.
