Our family-operated bakery, established in 2011, specializes in producing small batch, freshly baked goods with high-quality ingredients. We offer an extensive selection of cupcake & cookie flavors and displays for weddings, and our pricing remains consistent regardless of the event. Couples can customize packages to suit their budget, ranging from simple order and pick-up to comprehensive packages that include desserts, stands, delivery, and setup. We are the preferred cupcake vendor for many of the top tier wedding venues in New Hampshire, which makes for a seamless experience.

Our small batch boutique style bakery brings taste and design together to make your day special. Custom desserts made to highlight the couples vision is what we do best. We can create any dessert spread you desire! Everything is made by hand including our french macarons, cake and cupcake fillings (no jelly here!), and ganaches. We don't buy pre made batters, crusts, fillings or anything else.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Petrova Chocolates was established in 2020 and since then we have been focusing on creating eye-catching, artisanal chocolate bonbons, truffles, chocolate bars and caramels with unique flavor combinations. Our chocolates are the perfect sweet touch to every event whether as a guest gift, a chocolate dessert table set-up or as a delicious name tag at every guest's seat. CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! CHIC cotton candy was born, serving the cosmopolitan Boston market; giving a traditional childhood treat-- a chic upgrade. Wherever the party is, we want to be there for you! xo
