Magnolia's is nestled in the rolling hills of the historic Hobart Village. There is no beauty quite like Northern Michigan! You will find timeless charm in our 120 year old barn. The barn has a dance floor, rustic bar area and can hold up to 115 guests. Whether it's a wedding, family reunion or open house, we've got you covered. We provide tables and chairs for up to 200 guests along with various decor items such as centerpieces, signage and furniture. If you have more than than 115 guests, a rental tent is recommended. Our goal is to make your day unique, seamless and manicured to your vision. We love working with couples and are open to exploring any ideas you may have!

Camp Newaygo is an all girls resident summer camp, which has been around since 1925. The Red Barn, built in 1910 by Mike’s great-grandparents Ernest and Helen Faling, was inherited by Mike in the 1980s. He transformed it into a home where he raised his three daughters. On August 6, 2016, Mike’s oldest daughter held her wedding on the property, inspiring the creation of a wedding and lodging venue. Named "Little Flower Barn" (from "Fiorillo," meaning "Little Flower"), the venue honors the family heritage. In early 2019, Mike and his partner Sarah remodeled the Red Barn to accommodate 17 guests, constructed a reception barn for 300 guests, and added a pond-side amphitheater garden. Little Flower Barn offers a beautiful, functional backdrop for events.
