Shafer Baillie Mansion is a historic 14,000 sq foot mansion in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. It has hosted weddings of many sizes from very small to over 100, we now limit our capacity to 50 people indoors for a cocktail style reception. We can seat 35 people inside for a ceremony and sit down dinner or 50 outside in the courtyard. We offer our own catering services as well as a wedding officiant.

Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.
