He did our engagement photos and our wedding photos and for the former he traveled to New York so we could do the shoot at a location that has a great deal of meaning to us. My husband and I are not people who are usually comfortable in front of a camera, but Stefan goes above and beyond to make sure he is prepared and that you are prepared to have the best shoot possible. He has detailed guides for both engagement and wedding shoots, which were incredibly helpful. He also meets with you to discuss your goals for the shoot, get to know who you are as a couple, and understand the vibe you are going for. Our engagement shoot was on a cold and windy day in a location unfamiliar to him and he did research, arrived early, and knocked it out of the park. “Rachel and her team made our stressful and busy day absolutely wonderful, and now that we have our photos back, there is no denying that they were THE standout of all of those that we booked! The only thing that I would change is that she now has a new addition of a content creator that I have no doubt would be amazing! Our package included film and polaroids and Super 8 for Wedding Day and the night before. From a boudoir session in her amazing studio, a Welcome Dinner on a sailboat, different getting ready locations and all around our venue, each part was unique! Getting ready, first touch, the ceremony, cocktail hour, portraits, reception, and golden hour each have a unique different focus, which I absolutely love. The polaroids were an amazing touch, and the different types of film were such a vibe! I could not ask for more to have captured our memories and make them feel timeless! Of all of the research I had attempted to do to look for a photographer, Rachel was perfect and surpassed expectations! She and her team were flexible, experienced, professional, and have tremendous range. It was so evident that they put in work before the events to know what we were looking for. Time goes by so quickly during the events, and she and her team were always prepared and making what we had hoped and planned for happen! After our initial inquiry, Rachel responded quickly and we scheduled a video call, during which she was super engaged and attentive! We could tell that she really listened to what we shared we were looking for and seemed genuinely excited for what we were planning and happy to be a part of it. Her service guide and contract were clear and so were expectations. My husband and I could tell from the start that she not only had a great eye but had the business part of what she does down as well. There wasn’t a single instance during the period of time we worked together that I had doubts or felt on edge about our decision to go with her or that the end product from her team would be lacking. She checked in often and asked for a detailed questionnaire and mood board not only as a part of the inquiry, but also closer to the day which I loved as over months and months of planning things do shift and change. They did a great job of capturing candid moments and getting group shots. They were somehow able to let us enjoy the experience but also get those specific shots we’d requested. They were able to make each part of the day fun, memorable, and unique. We are so happy to say that we have traditional family portraits, candid, and even photos that look editorial!”

“There are not enough words to explain how amazing Mandi is!!!! You need to RUN and book her immediately!! From the first phone call and throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was so responsive, organized, and above and beyond helpful. Her pictures truly speak for themselves and I can’t even tell you how many strangers have reached out to tell me how beautiful the pictures are!! She also got them back to me in absolutely record time. On wedding day, I didn’t have a wedding planner, and she helped me put together a timeline and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She was soooo much fun to work with, was so laid back (while still being assertive and corralling our wedding party/family for pictures) and made sure everything was low-stress. Most people complain about their wedding portraits and how long it takes, but one of our favorite parts of the day was taking our portraits with Mandi and her second shooter (who was also so fun and fantastic). We are so, so happy Mandi was a part of one of the best days of our lives, and it wouldn’t have been the same without her!!”
