“Cynquetta is a gem to work with! My husband and I found Cynquetta through a bridal expo in Philly after having to fire our previous wedding planner. I truly wish we had found Cynquetta first because she would have certainly been the wedding planner for the entire wedding. From the moment I met her at the expo I knew she would be the right fit. Her booth was beautifully decorated, and she exuded a kind, honest, and professional spirit. Throughout the planning process, Cynquetta was everything I dreamed and imagined a wedding planner to be. She was organized, timely, and great with communication, and she brought the positive energy that a couple needs to navigate the stresses of wedding planning. Regardless of how stressed (or over it) I was throughout the planning, Cynquetta remained calm and supportive for both me and my husband. For the wedding, we had a 10hr long Tobagonian, Barbadian, Nigerian fusion wedding with 2 ceremonies, multiple outfit changes for our entire families (40 people) and the bridal party in addition to the cocktail hour, reception, and photos. When I tell you Cynquetta helped us execute everything PERFECTLY!!!!?? Honestly, the guests said the wedding was like “a movie” or “a production” and I truly believe it worked out this way largely because of Cynquetta. I am a very meticulous person when it comes to planning, and I think Cynquetta was even more meticulous than me lol. Her spreadsheet to organize the details of the wedding covered everything we could think of and some much of what I wouldn’t have realized needed to be planned out. We met weekly, texted regularly, and emailed frequently to get everything in place for the big day. I could go on and on about how Cynquetta will NOT let you down; but I’ll end with the only bit of critique I had for Cynquetta is that she needs to raise her prices!!!! She’s THAT good! I would have paid double (or more) for the quality of her work and the joy that she allowed me and my husband to experience on our wedding day. Thank you so much Cynquetta! (PS, we've also used Cynquetta after the wedding to plan a 60th bday party for my mum!)”

After canceling our wedding 2 times due to Covid, Matt & I discussed the possibility of eloping to Jackson Hole, WY. I knew that Bob & Jamie have visited there enough to claim it as their 2nd home (lol) so I reached out for some advice/recommendations regarding the area & eloping. They not only offered a ton of knowledge about Jackson, they said they were available to travel and shoot our wedding. We booked them right away!!! They helped Matt & I EVERY step of the way. I said I wanted to be married inside in front of a large stone fireplace and have pictures taken outside with the snow covered mountains afterwards. They immediately went to work searching for hotels with stone fireplaces & locations (yes, multiple) for scenic wedding photos. Once those decisions were made, they helped select a restaurant for wedding dinner and plan our excursions. Bob even offered to be the tour guide for our snowmobile trip to Granite Hot Springs. These two went way above and beyond wedding photographers! Our wedding day was truly a dream come true (Hallmark movie worthy) and I can’t thank Jamie enough for capturing every part of it. She left no stone unturned. When we received the preview pics, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. The photos were even better than I had hoped. She made us look like we were on a magazine cover! “We can’t say enough great things about Warren and his team! We met imagery.life at a bridal expo and immediately fell in love with their work and also Warren and his staff! They were all so friendly. On your wedding day, it is one of the most important days of your life. You spend time thinking about who you want in your bridal party, who you want invited to your wedding, because you want to be surrounded by people who care about you. Same thing goes with vendors but specifically your photo/ video team! For most people, there are two vendors that are going to be with you from early in the morning to late at night. Those two vendors being arguably the two most important vendors in our opinion your photo and video team and your makeup team. Your makeup team is going to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day and your photo and video team is going to capture those pictures of your special day to look back on for years to come! You want to have a team that is going to help you and care about you and your spouse making sure you have the best day! And that’s exactly what imagery. Life is all about! Warren didn’t hesitate to help us with reviewing our timeline for the day to make sure it ran smoothly! The week leading up to our wedding, it was not supposed to rain but as it got closer, it was calling for rain. Warren and his team remained cool and were able to go with the flow. In preparation for the possible rain during the 30 mins of our ceremony that we wanted outdoor, Warren and his team took advantage of the weather before it rained and made sure to get outdoor pictures of the venue. They did a great job at blending into the crowd when taking photos during the ceremony. Warren and his team didn’t miss a moment to capture a photo! During cocktail hour, the rain had stopped so Warren made sure we got outside to get our pictures outside that we were unable to get before the ceremony due to the rain. There’s no doubt that Warren and his team care about their couples and truly care about what they do. It’s not just a “job” to them, it’s their life. (Hence their name). Warren and his team did a great job at interacting with the guests and getting photos of our guests ! The Shrewsbury String Quartet has been playing together since 1999 and performs at over 200 weddings and corporate events each year. We offer a wide repertoire consisting of lighter classical selections, show tunes, Beatles and popular music. We have an extensive repertoire of liturgical music from the Catholic, Protestant and Jewish faiths. We get many compliments on the way we sound and we hear from a lot of brides that they appreciate how easy we are to work with. If there is music that you want that we do not have in our repertoire, we will do our best to find it for you. We are pleased to welcome same sex couples.

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about Cherrywood Ensembles. They are just such a talented, kind, and well-mannered group of individuals. I booked Cherrywood Ensembles for my wedding and cocktail hour. I purchased the quartet and added a piano for the ceremony. For the cocktail hour, we had the quartet play! I also booked their DJ from 5-9 pm for the reception! I loved everything about their services! I read the reviews online and noticed that some people were uncomfortable that the quartet didn’t come to the rehearsal, but after talking to Brian, the owner, I had no doubts that they were going to perform perfectly at the ceremony! All I did on my end was give him specific details about the ceremony (song I wanted to walk to down, the start and finish time) and they NAILED it on the day of the wedding! I purchased the 2.5 hour package for the quartet and gave them a timeline of when the ceremony was to start, end, and when they should head over to the reception venue to play for cocktail hour. When I arrived at the venue, I was in tears at how well they were playing my favorite songs! On top of their talent, they even stayed until 5 pm (when cocktail hour ended). They are truly such a huge blessing and most definitely worth every penny. I have absolutely no regrets purchasing Cherrywood Ensembles to play our favorite songs on our special day. For the reception, we had Nick as our DJ and he was absolutely the BEST! He was so fun and engaged with our guests so well! The kids LOVED him! Nick was amazing and asked Jack and I what WE wanted! Again, I gave Nick some intricate details and AGAIN, Cherrywood Ensembles NAILED it. I will always think about this day and how much of an impact Cherrywood Ensembles had on our wedding day! Every time I listen to the ceremony music, I get goosebumps and instantly in TEARS! Thank you so much for everything, Cherrywood Ensembles!! And if you are on the fence about purchasing Cherrywood Ensembles for your quartet/DJ, please be assured that they are just absolutely AMAZING. I have no regrets at all. They also have very reasonable pricing for the work that they do.”
