I really can’t say enough about Jeff, Amy, Ashley, and the rest of team at Gateway Center. They did their absolute best to make our wedding spectacular. Did we have hiccups during the process? Sure. But nothing that would make me hesitate recommending them. They customize pretty much everything so that you have things exactly as you want them and take care of everything on your day so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. And they’re so flexible. I had some family who were throwing them curve balls at the last minute and they took everything in stride. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that.

Cannot recommend the Franklin enough for a wedding! We had the ceremony and reception there for a summer wedding in July 2024. The venue was renovated beautifully but kept historic (there are many photo ops). The team was professional and extremely helpful in every way. Our guests raved about the atmosphere, food, and drinks. The room was flipped quickly during cocktail hour. The food was served efficiently, and they accommodated all guest allergies. They kept us on schedule and really made the day go smoothly. We were able to take advantage of all their resources. You’re in good hands with the Franklin and their team!

Our October wedding held it's reception at the beautiful indoor/outdoor space at Mad Art. We had 140 guests in attendance and the space more than accommodated dining and dancing. Kelsey and Ron are awesome! They provided a personal, curated service from our first visit to view the space to our incredible tasting to some last minute decorating hours before the reception. This old jail has rustic and modern character, great art displays, and a staff that provides a royal treatment. Definitely consider Mad Art as an elite venue for your event hosting needs!

We had our wedding reception at River City and it surpassed our every expectation. People still come up to us and tell us we had the best wedding they have ever attended. Megan and Christina were both amazing. So organized, helpful, kind and enthusastic. They always went the extra mile when we had a request or question to help us find answers and make it happen. We having nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with them. We even got to do our food tasting twice because there was a new chef and they wanted to make sure he cooked everything the same as we had agreed upon before. We literally had minimal things to stress about they took care of everything. The reception was decorated exactly how we wanted and absolutely stunning. The whole staff at River City did an amazing job taking care of us and all of our guests and everything ran smoothly. We had the most perfect day and my husband and I recommend River City to every engaged couple we know and talk to! You will not be disappointed!

We absolutely LOVED working with Grbic Events. Lejla (the wedding coordinator) was so fabulous and helped the day run as smoothly as possible. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding vision came fruition. The night of the event she was out of the floor and her team was constantly checking in and making sure everyone had what they needed. The team was so great to work with and I would 10/10 recommend this event space for any event. The event space is gorgeous and the outdoor area really helps accommodate for large weddings. We had about 300 people and it never felt too full or crowded. We got so many compliments on the food. The food was delicious and everyone loved that it was a little different than typical wedding food. This event space is spectacular and I would highly recommend it to any bride!

Original Architectural Details with State of The Art Audio and Mood Lighting Systems. A Private 5,500 Square Foot Courtyard in the Rear of the building to host outdoor weddings or events. A special wedding gazebo in the courtyard will allow brides to have the outdoor wedding they always wanted with the security of knowing that the event can easily be moved inside if the weather does not comply. The Bridal Suite is over 700 square feet and includes a private bathroom, salon quality makeup and hair counter that can seat five and a lounge area with couches, wet bar and video monitoring of the main hall so that the bride can see guests arrive. Valet parking is not required as The McPherson offers a private parking lot for 80 cars. In addition, there is a portico for the bridal party’s limousine and a covered drop off area to use during inclement weather.

The fact that people don’t know about this place blows me away. There is nowhere else to go where the owners will bring your nephew cool cars. Allow your guests to leave their vehicles on the parking lot for safety if need be, the communication, the ideas. If you are about to make an interesting wedding decision Philip will absolutely help guide you in the right direction. I know there are weddings there every weekend but the owners absolutely make you feel like your event is the only one that matters. I honestly don't know where to begin from the beginning Heather was amazing. She was extremely helpful when touring and her prices are fair and the venue is gorgeous. Heather and Hope had amazing communication throughout the process we had it booked 2 years in advance and I always felt like I knew what was going on. At our kick off meeting to discuss vision and florals Heather saw my vision and ran with it. She did a better job than I could have even imagined. It looked straight out of a style shoot the perfect coastal garden vibes that fit the theme so well. We both have creative mindsets and I had 100% trust in her the entire process. The day of Heather was there to manage and issues and just make sure everything went smoothly and myself including my guests can say it was the best wedding we've ever been too. I still have guests a month later complimenting me on my day and how it was the most fun wedding they've attended. The flow of the venue leaves for so many cool memories and the decor is extremely customizable. 10000/10 recommend this venue!

Our wedding at the Forest Park Golf Club was absolutely outstanding! Lexi was stellar helping us when we first visited, learning about the different package options, and finding out that we could make the dream of having our wedding reception in Forest Park come true! Maddie did more than we could ever have hoped for as our coordinator, helping us with decorating ideas, arranging all of the details, and getting everything set up perfectly on the day of the reception. We made some additions the week of the wedding that the club accommodated seamlessly. They made everything as easy as it could have been. Our photographer was in an accident on the wedding day (oh no!) which pushed back the timing of the wedding. We arrived later than planned at the reception. Maddie was waiting outside with golf carts so we could immediately dash away for pictures at the Grand Basin- after she made a quick dash into the club to bring out some emergency finger nail tools! And the pictures around the Grand Basin: sunset reflecting on the water behind us… so beautiful! And the food! The drinks! The service! Everything was absolutely outstanding. Me and my bride never got our own drinks- the servers were frequently asking us for anything we would like. It truly exceeded the dreams we had of what our Forest Park wedding reception could be!
