Bolingbroke Mansion was built fifty years before the American Declaration of Independence and is just fifteen miles from where that historic event took place. This location has six event rooms, including several excellent outdoor ceremonies and reception locations. Indoors, the mansion can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. You'll find a beautiful staircase in their gardens that provides a stunning backdrop for photos. There is a side porch overlooking the sprawling green lawns and giant trees for cocktails and receptions. Stone-raised stairs and a landing in their memorial garden provide the ideal backdrop for any wedding ceremony, speech, or picture session. Seasonal flowers, lovely deciduous trees, and evergreens can be found in the magnificent private gardens that lead off Bolingbroke's back patio. The rear lawn also offers plenty of space to seat your guests for either the ceremony or for dinner.

Swimming Pools – Six of them! Two huge, large swimming pools and 5 other pools in different sizes that can accommodate both young and older guests at your event. Country Rustic Style Pavilion – A country rustic pavilion has been placed in the back pool area of our location and is a great place to host many different events, including weddings, parties, photography sessions or company picnics. Vintner’s Pavilion is capable of seating 150 guests comfortably for up to a 5-hour reception and 1/2 hour ceremony. Use of the Wine House which includes a mahogany wine bar, restrooms, and additional seating area 4 large fire-pits with seating and gas tiki torch lighting throughout the courtyard provides incredibly dazzling lighting after sunset.
