I'm so glad I did a hair and makeup trial, so I could have the peace of mind that everything would go well on my wedding day - but honestly, I told them what I envisioned, and they pulled it off on the very first try. But of course, it looked even more amazing on the wedding day since we had tried it all once before. “So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.”

We planned our entire wedding in just three months, but the Wedgewood team kept us organized, on track and supported every step of the way. “Working with Kevin and Vital Light Films was a dream from the beginning all the way to the end! From our initial introductory call, Kevin was thorough in gathering every detail we wanted him to capture from our entire wedding day. As the bride, I had a special surprise hula planned for my husband, and Kevin worked with me to be able to ensure the dance would be kept a secret and that he would be able to capture the entire ambiance of the dance. On the morning of the wedding, Kevin's presence was the calm in the chaos of my pre-ceremony-get-ready experience with ALL the women in the wedding. It was absolutely surreal. However, you can always rent any venue. But one thing that differentiates belle vista from any other venue is the owner Rima. He guided us through planning the ceremony with clear communication over email, phone, and video calls, and even hosted a mini-rehearsal at his home and answered all of our questions with great detail. “Well , where to begin with this review, CRC Ranch, you will forever hold a special place in our hearts, my newly wed wife and myself couldn’t have asked for anything better , it really felt like a fairy tale wedding, Tracy, Tobie, Alex our florist , and the whole CRC crew were the and are the best, no hiccups at all, they truly run like a well oiled machine, it’s so hard to write how great they are on a review, you truly have to trust their vision and coordination, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING , they not only made us feel calm and at ease, they provided a feeling that cannot be matched, such a natural high that you want to relive each day after living it for that special day of ours, from day one of stepping on the property, Tracy, Tobie , and Nick made us feel like we were at home, allowed us to roam the property and get familiar with the grounds, we ultimately landed on the Ranch House , Barn wedding, and we loved it 100% , loved it so much we wish we had more time to enjoy with our family and loved ones the night of, Tracy and Tobie were really transparent and made the process of everything so smooth to where we had little to no stress at all working with them, the experience we had here at CRC Ranch was the best, the food from their vendor they provide was so good, We want to send a special thank you to James and Lorena at Red tail Catering, they were Highly recommended by Tracy and her staff, and they did not disappoint, everyone remembers the food and still speaks to us about how great it tastes still when we get together with our loved ones, to continue on how great The whole CRC Ranch staff were , they were professional, very mindful of our wants and needs, they give you the feeling your looking for when planning and coordinating a wedding, we love them so much we want to plan a Horseback ride with some of our loved ones very soon just to be back on the property where our love story as one began, thank you once again to The whole CRC Ranch family, we cherish you for all you have done for us, can’t wait to see you all soon once again . Fairview Green River

“I first came across Fairview Green River on Zola and reached out for pricing. Based on the initial information, I assumed it would be outside of our budget. I even scheduled a tour but nearly canceled because I didn’t want to spend another Saturday touring a venue my fiancé and I felt we couldn’t afford. When I contacted them to cancel, they encouraged me to keep the appointment—and I’m so glad I did. At the time, we didn’t have a wedding date, and Fairview happened to be offering a discounted rate for a Saturday wedding along with several perks we couldn’t pass up. That completely changed our minds. We attended one of their fairs to try the food, and honestly, I had mixed feelings at first. By that point, we were already committed to the venue, so I was hoping for the best. I shared my concerns with Sandra, who was our main contact throughout the process. She walked me through other menu options and reassured me that we would love the food—and she was absolutely right. The vendors they work with were wonderful. Tasteful Cakes, Ivy & Co, and The Southern California Wedding Guys were all responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing for add-ons was also very reasonable compared to vendors I had researched on my own. Day of the wedding: Our day-of coordinator, Darian, was amazing. She stayed calm, organized, and collected while making sure the entire wedding party had everything they needed. Sandra also checked in on me throughout the day, which I really appreciated. During cocktail hour, the Fairview team had drinks and snacks set aside for us so we could enjoy some time and take our sunset photos. When we returned for our grand entrance, our dinner and drinks were already waiting for us at our table—such a thoughtful touch. We truly had the best night ever surrounded by our favorite people. And the food? AMAZING. We chose the American package with prime rib and a carving station. They also offered Italian and Mexican options, but the carving station sealed the deal for us. The only downside was that we only had access to the venue two hours before the wedding. A third hour would have been ideal. While I could have paid for the extra hour, I do feel this should be included. For reference, we chose the all-inclusive Elite package. A few helpful notes for anyone considering it: Flowers are partially included: table centerpieces and the ceremony arch are covered, but bouquets and boutonnieres are not. We purchased those separately, and their pricing was very fair—much more affordable than other florists. The DJ package includes the DJ only. Lighting, fog, and sparklers are upgrades. We chose to upgrade and were very happy we did. There are no additional cake fees, and the cake options were great. Our friends and family are still raving about the food, cake, DJ, and overall experience. We are so happy we chose Fairview Green River and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to host an event.”

“my husband and i got married in 2023 and hired the McFarlands to capture our day. it was such a pleasure working with them from start to finish! we had such a difficult time deciding on a photographer leading up to the big day but when we found their page, it was a breath of fresh air! i had so many questions and eric was kind enough to not only answer so many of our emails but to also jump on a phone call with me to go over everything. the package we chose also included an engagement session and when we weren’t sure where to take photos, they supplied galleries of past couples so we could see which location might fit us best! spoiler alert: our engagement photos turned out amazing!!!! fast forward to our wedding, we got to meet the second half of this wonderful team, ashley! who is just so so kind and exactly the kind of person you want capturing such a special day. eric and ashley both helped to make our wedding day so special, not only with their kindness but also with the talent they both have. we cannot recommend them enough!!!! we are obsessed with our wedding photos & you will be too when you hire them!!!! :)”

“My venue came with a wedding coordinator (something I didn’t think I needed), my fiancé and I even discussed seeing if we could remove the coordinator from the package to save some money- we ultimately decided not to and OMG IM SO GLAD WE DIDNT! Shannon from Citrus City Events was everything we didn’t know we needed. She provided us with great ideas, styling options, vendor suggestions, she was always available by text and email, she always made time for our questions and was truly amazing. The icing on the cake was the day of our wedding- Our caterer had the wrong date and never showed up, Shannon and her team found us an AMAZING caterer to feed all of my guests and within record time! Our schedule was only delayed by about 30 mins and other than the initial shock of hearing our original caterer was a no show, the wedding day was smooth sailing! Shannon handled it impeccably!
