After graduating from Parson's School of Art in Manhattan, I worked as a fine artist, my work involved photography and photo manipulation. I quickly discovered that I loved and excelled at photo retouching, and went on to work for some of the best photo retouching studios in New York. In 2009 I shot my first wedding, it was a dear friend of mine and the beautiful photos were featured in one of the biggest wedding magazines. I realized that I had found my calling and have been producing stunning wedding photographs with my amazing team and clients ever since.

Photography has become my creative outlet, especially when I got out of the Navy and needed it most. I fell in love with the entire process from getting to know the couples to editing the images. Now, at Murphy Studios, I film weddings and photograph everything, including engagements, anniversaries, military homecomings, families, professional headshots and events. After freelancing over 9-10 years as a Wedding Cinematographer and Photographer, I have finally achieved the dream of opening my own studio.
