The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility. The Circ Bar and Root is a gorgeous dual venue that offers an experience unlike anything else. It has rich history dating back to the 1850's where it was most likely the first brewery in Ann Arbor. This historic building combines the original wood, brick, and stone with modern elements to create a stunning industrial bar setting. Guests often begin their day enjoying the open air with a ceremony on our Roof Deck. Our Lounge, with its large windows overlooking the Roof Deck, sets the perfect scene for cocktail hour. From there, guests move into the main bar, Circ, to enjoy dinner. This space has a 30ft wrap-around bar, built-in stage, and plenty of exposed wood and brick. Once dinner wraps up, guests are in for a treat since the rest of the evening takes place in what some call, "Ann Arbor's best kept secret." Guests head downstairs to Root's stunning caverns to finish off the night with dancing, drinks, and dessert!

Stone Chalet is a great place to have and to hold your wedding, reception and rehearsal dinner. When you rent the entire facility you'll have complete privacy and connection with your closest family and friends. Stone Chalet is only available for weddings under 100. The spaces at Stone Chalet are very flexible and each wedding party has shown us how creative people can be with the use of all the spaces. The historic Grand Ledge Opera House is the perfect location for weddings, receptions, holiday parties, special banquets, balls, reunions, and business meetings with ample free parking. It is located in downtown Grand Ledge alongside the Grand River. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening and weekend tours can be arranged by special appointment. The building which is situated in downtown Grand Ledge on a beautifully landscaped area along the Grand River provides a picturesque setting for weddings, receptions, large gatherings, and community events. The Grand Hall on the main level and the Terrace Level with its large outdoor patio area and grounds are available to rent separately or as a single package to fit your needs.
