She also participated in Word Pastry Forum in 2005 to 2007. She has worked in the kitchens of competitive resorts and hotels, and restaurants.

Ms. Schneider created Good Vibakery to share delicious baked goods made with REAL ingredients that tasted like a treat but didn’t have any canola oil, or ultra-processed ingredients.
