Creekside Grove is a scenic venue located in the Endless Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Situated on 10 landscaped acres it is the perfect location for your next event. Creekside Grove is conveniently located just north of Scranton, Pa and south of Binghamton, NY. The grove features a large covered pavilion with vaulted wood ceilings, fieldstone walls and a stone fireplace. The pavilion features a removable enclosure in case of inclement weather and an extra large deck shaded by beautiful Sycamore trees. Takach's Grove first opened it's doors in 1970 by Andy and Marguerite Takach. It was home to countless company picnics, Family Reunions and special events of all kinds. The property went through extensive renovations in 2018, and now focuses primarily on weddings. Our same family still owns, maintains and operates the venue. We are proud to be small and niche - booking only 1 wedding a weekend, and providing many in house items and being as all-inclusive as possible, in order to give our couples a stress free experience. We are onsite and available for the duration of your event - including the day before for the rehearsal and set up and for the duration of your event to keep things running smoothly. We work closely with vendors and our dedicated catering partner to make your special day exactly what you are envisioning.
