“From the very beginning, Andrew went out of his way to get to know us. Before booking, we met to chat over lunch and I could instantly tell he not only loved what he does, but is good at it. After answering all of our questions, I knew we could not find anyone better for the job! After booking, he stayed in touch with us leading up to the big day! Communication between you and the vendors is so important, and Andrew definitely went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. Now let's talk about the video! WOW! It was beyond beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. He captured every moment that we expressed was important, plus some. We really liked how he incorporated the audio from our ceremony throughout the video instead of just playing music the entire time. If you were not there, you felt like you were, when watching the video. I also highly recommend getting the ceremony and reception videos. It was so nice to watch back and see moments I would have forgotten otherwise. I could not recommend Andrew with Elevation Films enough! “I do not know where to begin! In the midst of wedding planning, I came across Alex and his team's work, and I was immediately hooked. Thankfully he was available for our wedding date and came all the way up to Big Bear with no hesitation! From the get-go, Alex was a pleasure to collaborate with. He answered my many questions and never made me feel annoying. Also, on a side note, he was very genuine and empathetic to what was happening in my husband's family. Unfortunately, my husband lost his mom a couple months before the wedding. I am sharing this information because Alex embedded personal touches into our cinematic event film that honored my husband's mother. It was extremely heartwarming, and my husband's eyes still fill with water when he watches the video. At the end of the day, the fact that our 10 min cinematic film makes my husband and I cry means that he did a phenomenal job. We knew the video was going to come out great, but it exceeded our expectations. It truly captured a snapshot of our wedding day and exactly who we are as a couple. Alex and his team didn't push us either....they let us enjoy our day and nothing felt forced. I feel like that's important because the day goes by so quick! He just went with the flow and let us do our thing. From the details, to getting ready, the ceremony, celebration, he captured every important moment and made sure you could feel the raw emotion. (Me and my partner cry happy tears every time we watch it!)
