Hello! We are Philip Enlow and Beth Richardson, the husband and wife duo behind Spotz Gelato. We’re a southern couple with a background in hobby farming and a passion for locally sourced Kentucky food. While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both. Inspired by the sweet, creamy gelato on a trip overseas, Spotz Gelato was born in 2013!

In August of 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, a sweet idea was born. We wanted to create a fun business that would be unique to our area and bring a new and exciting party experience to celebrations around us. Out of that, Sweet As Can Bee was created and we have had a blast creating and perfecting our brand. My name is Bradi Smithson and together with my husband, Cody Smithson, we strive to put a fun twist on everything we're a part of.
