Facilities and Capacity The ballroom at Kellerman's Event Center is pet-friendly and can host up to 270 seated guests. Its original grand staircase leads into the main entrance of the ballroom. The elegant and charming venue has many stand-out features including 17-foot exposed wood ceilings, hardwood floors, elegant cafe lights, stunning archways, and handcrafted European storefronts. The Hollywood Theater is an iconic Art Deco landmark in Northeast Minneapolis. When it opened in 1936, the theater was described as “the incomparable showcase of the Northwest’’. After years of decline, the theater closed in 1987 and was purchased by the city of Minneapolis. Twenty-five years of inaction and neglect followed until 2014 when the National Park Service recognized the building’s historical significance and listed it on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2015 the theater was sold to Northeast-resident and entrepreneur Andrew Volna, who saved the building and restored its original Art Deco splendor. Today it is ready to host your event.

1924 tutor style granite and slate roof house next to the Mississippi River. Its hosts a tiny home free of charge with an event booking for use of the bride and groom to stay at after the ceremony. It hosts up to 75 guests. Parking is next door at St. Cloud State. The porch can be used in bad weather. This is considered a micro wedding. 2-3 hours max. In and out. No reception. Just the ceremony. If the groom bride want to book the 4 rooms over night they need to book it through Airbnb or pay out of pocket. Again, this is not a wedding reception, only a wedding ceremony and accommodations for up to 10 can stay. Room D holds 2 guests. Room C is the family suite 4 guests. Room B holds 2 and the cabin holds 2.
