Juliane James Place is a wedding venue and vacation rental carved into the middle of the woods in the middle of Minnesota. Weddings are really fun at Juliane James Place. And that makes us really happy. We are an inclusive, welcoming space with a history of diverse ceremonies. Most folks have dogs or love them dearly. We've even had a cat, named Scuttle, on hand for a wedding. It's a space guests can't really imagine until they arrive, that they don't want to leave at the end of the night.

Juliane James Place

A place positively made for possibility!

We are an inclusive, welcoming space with a history of diverse ceremonies. Most folks have dogs or love them dearly. We've even had a cat, named Scuttle, on hand for a wedding. It's a space guest can't really imagine until they arrive, that they don't want to leave at the end of the night. Juliane James Place was made to be a unique, gathering space for weddings in the middle of the woods. The ceremony area is carved out of the woods, adjacent to the pond, with a stage and seating for guests. Next to the ceremony area is a 40‘x 60’ frame tent with a dance floor, string lights, harvest tables, and vintage folding chairs for receptions. A cleared space for cocktails with tables and a bar bumps up to our pond.

    Juliane James Place is an intimate paradise tucked away in the middle of the woods and ready for any couple to transform into their dream wedding space. The opportunities for photos are endless for amazing shots that will set your wedding apart. The staff at JJP are caring and will help guide you to make sure that your dream is actualized and done well - no Pinterest board fails to worry about here. They are professional and very welcoming towards everyone anticipating the needs of couples and their guests. We cannot rave enough about JJP and the people that make it possible!
