Our guests come to relax, celebrate and create memories that last a lifetime.

We cannot speak more highly of the Inn at West Settlement. From the minute we stepped onto the West Settlement property, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. Speaking with Kim just reinforced it - she was always responsive, no-nonsense, and helpful, and we quickly learned to trust her eye for flower design, decor, and how to set up the ceremony. Everyone who works on the property and at the events is the same:) We hosted 90 of our family and friends there for our wedding in June, and were able to host three beautiful events - a casual welcome BBQ, our ceremony and reception, and a goodbye brunch. The whole experience reinforced that we made the right decision in hosting our wedding with them. Everyone who attended raved about the location and that it was the most special wedding they've ever been to - we'd like to think we had something to do with it (!) but honestly most of it had to do with the gorgeous scenery, the laid back vibe, the local flowers and food, and the intimate and rustic barn where we held the reception.

The venue can host all types of events and can accommodate seating for up to 150 people. The rustic nature of the building allows easy decoration for many different kinds of events. A large space beyond the hall can be used for outdoor weddings and events.

Both Jenna & her husband are awesome to work with. Super helpful, flexible and always responsive. We have been recommending them to all engaged couples because of how awesome our experience was! They helped make our reception perfect with their low prices but outstanding quality of venue and customer service. After being disappointed with other venue options in our area, finding Forget Me Knot was such a blessing. Glad we were able to find this venue to have such an enjoyable day to look back on!

Seward won our hearts, with mountains, the ocean, and a national park right in our backyard. My husband and I rented out the property for our August wedding, and it was the most perfect day we could have had. All of our guests loved the cabins, they were so well designed and the surrounding scenery is gorgeous. Rain or shine it was the best location for a wedding. The Salted Roots team was incredibly helpful and very attentive with all the questions I had while planning an out of state wedding. Highly recommend!!!

The Barrack’s Inn stone center building was the first building built in the War of 1812 to be the bakery. It is on the historic national register. Inside we can seat 150 people, while outside we can seat an additional 100 people. We are happy to make any and all food requests and we feature all-inclusive packages which include: flowers, table decorating, music, photography, cake and desserts, ceremony, favors and all food and beverages.

We had our wedding at The Barracks Inn last month (Labor Day 2022). What a beautiful venue, the view can't be beat, the reception/dinner room is beautiful, the food was wonderful. And the drinks were perfect! The owner was so accommodating with all of my quirky plans - never complained, listened to what we wanted and made it all happen. We are picky so this is really something. The sound system is great - really over the top from what you would normally expect. Dancing on the beautiful deck that sits out on the water was heaven. We could have danced until dawn. I heartily recommend this venue and Kim (the owner) as "the" place to have your wedding, anniversary party, birthday party, or just a party party! You will be very pleased with the whole process.

We had our wedding at the Collins off Main in August and it was everything we could imagine and more!! The space itself lends you to have whatever vibe for your wedding you could want and the team at the Collins is really what makes the place. We were going for a garden lush elegant yet fun wedding and had the best time. We liked getting to choose all of our vendors, having flexibility with bar/food service, a different space for ceremony (at the Clocktower a block away), and most of all having an outdoor area that is tasteful and fun. We also loved the after-party feature and it was so easy to move guests there after the reception ended. Jess and the team were thorough with the design planning and took what was in our brains and put it into the venue seamlessly (from the couples perspective) working with the other vendors; as well as acting as day of coordinator being extremely helpful. They have decor which couples can borrow and also easy to collaborate with rentals for chairs, table ware, etc. We enjoyed staying in the suite the night before and after the wedding which made getting ready and pictures go smoothly. I would recommend the Collins off Main to anyone!!

The manor house is beautiful and sits on the top of a hill overlooking Keuka Lake. The view is breath taking and is the perfect spot to hold a wedding. Art is wonderful to work with. He is easy going and very accommodating to every need. I would rate the manor house as the top spot in the Finger Lakes Region to hold any event.

My husband and I got married at Holly Farm in June 2024. We found the venue in October which gave us about 9 months to plan our wedding. Holly Farm made it relatively simple to piece together all the vendors due to their incredible and long lasting relationships. And while wedding planning is still stressful, what I didn't expect and was so very grateful for was feeling like I could hand everything over to them upon arrival for the wedding weekend and really feel like everything was in good hands (I did not have a wedding planner). I knew the venue was going to be beautiful but I did not expect to feel so at ease the entire weekend. I had the BEST time at my own wedding because the Holly Farm staff went above and beyond to take care of everything we could possibly need on our behalf. There was nothing they couldn't assist with. It was the most perfect weekend, and I could not recommend this venue more!

The entrance and restrooms have ADA accommodations, new HVAC for all seasons, additional new dining space, and a new modern catering kitchen for your favorite caterer. The wrap around porch can be used for cocktail receptions or provide additional seating if needed. A stone patio has been added adjacent to the porch to enjoy the Virginia countryside. The main dining room has an elevated stage for your band to play and for your toasts to be given on your happy occasion.

Keswick Hunt Club was the perfect spot for our November 2023 Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Reception! We had about 115 people at the welcome reception, and there was plenty of space for mingling. The wraparound porch was lovely, and having the stage there for music or a photo wall is a great addition! Arnold (the ops manager there) is wonderful, and his wife Judy and her team are availble for delicious in-house catering! If you're looking to pair it with the perfect florist who has worked there many times & knows all the ways to perfectly enhance it, go with Gregory Britt Designs (also in Keswick)!

Black-owned open floor studio with large windows and original exposed brick. The large windows allow a hefty amount of natural sunlight to fill the room. Good for photo shoots, exercise classes, small banquets, birthday parties, baby showers, launch parties, and meeting space. There is a kitchenette with access to counters and sink however, no refrigerator access will be permitted. Elevator access from the street to allow easy loading and unloading. This is your premier and intimate event studio.

I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.

I planned a wedding here in less than 6 months. From start to finish hands down an incredible experience. Jolene, amazing, kind, and thorough in explaining details when showing us the venue and figuring out contracts. Ryan - amazing. Always available for questions. Quick responses to emails. Very warm and friendly. Entertainment Express - Evan, planned our wedding minute by minute so the day of was perfect. Music was amazing. I got so many compliments on how organized everything was. We were always on track with the schedule and everything went so smoothly. The food.. I am still getting compliments on how great it was. I felt like the quality of my wedding should have taken over a year to plan and everyone at Padua made this happen in 5 months. I can’t thank everyone enough. Amenities- parking is easy, bathrooms so nice and easily accessible, bridal suite beautiful! Servers, staff, bartenders all wonderful. Tammy, my day of coordinator who came with the venue was incredible. She was always there, always knew what came next, and new exactly what I needed before it was done. From guiding me through the day to fixing my bustle she truly was the best. Any couple getting married here will have an amazing time guaranteed. Walking the grounds we saw so many beautiful spaces, including the tent sites and ponds. We can't wait to return! The hosts are great and they really make sure your stay is a wonderful experience.

Our wedding planning began with a visit to the Barn on the Pemi, and we were instantly captivated. Its picturesque setting, complete with a charming greenhouse for the ceremony and breathtaking mountain views, left a big impression. What's more, the Barn provided everything we needed, sparing us the hassle of sourcing rentals. With tables, chairs, utensils, linens, and more included, it was just perfect, especially since we had decided on a short engagement. After our initial visit, I turned to my now-husband and said, "I loved it. Please tell me we don't have to go look anywhere else," and he just smiled. My dad couldn't stop raving about the expansive menu either; being a Common Man property, the food was amazing. Our guests agreed, saying it the best wedding meal they'd ever had. The Barn's staff were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process, even accommodating a second visit so our day-of coordinator could familiarize herself with the venue. With most of our vendors experienced at the Barn, coordination was seamless, ensuring a smooth and stress-free day. The Barn is a dog-friendly venue, which was perfect because we wanted dour dog to be part of our wedding. They require someone to be designated or hired as the dog's chaperone of course, but it was wonderful to have her there with us. Our venue coordinator, Carole, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran like clockwork. From working with our day-of coordinator to keep us on schedule to ensuring we were fed and hydrated, she was a godsend. Even when my dress needed bustling or my veil went astray, she was there to save the day. Transportation was also a breeze thanks to the Barn's trolleys, shuttling guests to and from nearby hotels effortlessly. In every way, our wedding day was incredible, and the Barn on the Pemi proved to be the perfect place to celebrate our special day.

Moon Shadow Haven is gorgeous! So many amenities and extras were included in the price, and the owners and staff were so helpful. We were able to hold our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner onsite, and decorate everything the day before the ceremony! We had a stress-free wedding and our guests had a blast!

I know that sounds like an exaggeration but the team at Vail Resorts really did save our wedding. My partner and I were originally planning on a destination wedding and when we had to very quickly shift those plans -- four months before our wedding date -- the team made everything so seamless, were so accommodating, and made us feel supported. When we began looking for possible wedding venues, we came across the Outback and was the best decision we could have made. The venue location sits beautifully in the bluffs and is isolated enough that we felt like our wedding was ours and everything we needed was either provided to us by Holly or was easy to find. Our guests stayed in LaCrosse and it was easy for us to get transportation to and from the venue. One of the biggest pluses was having the apartments available to us. We were able to arrive and stay at the venue the entire weekend. Which made everything less stressful for us. Cannot recommend this venue more.

It’s been a year since we got married at The Pick Inn and never once do we reflect and regret anything! Amanda and her awesome staff did an amazing job. They placed everything so perfectly from the chairs and pergola arrangements and all the odds and ends I brought. They made the day run smoothly, I actually noticed zero wedding day hiccups. So kuddos to the team if there were any. We could not have had the wedding we did without Amanda, their vendor recommendations, and the beautiful venue itself! People still talk to me about how beautiful the venue was a year later. It is truly so dreamy and peaceful. Amanda was always available for questions that we had, which was super helpful as an anxious bride to be! My husband and I are so thankful that we found The Pick Inn and if we were able, we would do it all again (but only at The Pick Inn). :)

If someone would have told me to sit down and write out my dream wedding, I couldn’t have even imagined something so amazing. Zion Red Rock Villa is a dream come true. I was blown away with the beauty and detail that has gone in to every single inch of that property. I couldn’t even take it all in. The garden area truly felt like I was in a beautiful garden in Italy but I had the beautiful Zion’s red rock backdrop. The fountains were beautiful and made it feel even more European. The master bedroom was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. It was big and beautiful and had incredible views. Lots of full sized mirrors so I could see my entire dress while getting ready. The dining room is where we had our wedding dinner. It was like something I’ve only seen in movies. It was so beautiful and so open and big to accommodate everybody. The game room was amazing for entertaining everybody and for the dance party we had the night of the wedding. Our guests had a blast. The theatre room was absolutely incredible. The pool and the ponds were immaculate. Everybody had so much fun paddle boarding and kayaking. The kitchen was fully stocked and very beautiful. The manager, Andrea, and Zion Red Rock staff were awesome. They were very professional and so punctual. They were very quick to respond and so helpful if we needed anything throughout our stay. Everything felt so clean and perfect the whole time. All of my guests haven’t stopped saying how that was the most incredible wedding they’ve ever been to and the most amazing trip they’ve ever been on. Everyone is already planning our next stay! I’ve been a Disney-girl my whole life but Zion Red Rock was by far my favorite vacation I’ve ever been on. We also had half our wedding party stay at the Oasis at the same time we rented the Villa. Both properties are amazing and I would highly recommend any of their locations for any vacation, wedding, family reunion or corporate event.

The venue was beautiful! The bartenders were professional and super friendly. We were able to pick our own Woods Boss beers, non alcoholic options were great and everyone LOVED the beer! Everything was clean and set up nicely, and we were able to decorate and set up the way we wanted. Having the big garage door open made the space feel open and bright... it was perfect for our 50 person wedding celebration! 100% would recommend!

A great blank canvas venue! The staff is very accommodating and allow you to bring in vendors of your choosing. They were very helpful and always available for a phone call/meeting to go over logistics. It’s also a huge space that was great for my 200 person ceremony and reception. Definitely would recommend at least getting a day of coordinator because the venue does not come with anything other than tables and chairs, so setup is a big task. I absolutely loved how our wedding turned out and we got so many compliments about how unique the venue was from our guests!

Catering off-site events can be difficult, but Jeanne Fleming made it a breeze. We, as caterers, were able to communicate easily with her from when the wedding planning began through the day and evening of the event. We were able to work together in a way that gave the bride and groom nothing to worry about on their special day. Artistic wood features abound throughout the barn. Much of the wood, harvested right from the property, was meticulously shaped by hand to add a warm artistic feel to the spaces within. Along with a 2,000 square foot banquet room, there's a bridesmaids get-ready suite, caterer's prep room, restroom facility, and an outdoor bar and patio areas. Also located on the property is a pre-civil war log cabin available for overnight accommodations for event guests. We cannot thank Chris and Jenny enough for giving my wife and I the most amazing day and wedding venue. From the moment we stepped foot on Countyline we knew this was where we wanted to get married. It had exactly what we were looking for - from the indoor/outdoor spaces to the beautiful natural scenery. Not only was the venue perfect but Chris and Jenny were awesome to work with. They made the process super easy with the help of their preferred vendor lists and working with their son Collin as our DJ. Leading up to the big day they were very accommodating with anything that they needed from seeing the venue multiple times to finishing up last minute details the day before. Pinstripes made for an incredible day. We cannot thank them enough for their space, and help through the day. This year we worked with Pinstripes, setting up the rooms, food choices, and many of the other logistical challenges of planning a wedding. We were able to work closely with our contact at Pinstripes and she was quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. Organizing the event, with varying guest counts - with people dropping out and surprise additions - Pinstripes handled it amazingly and their communication lines made it feel easy. The space on the day-of was amazing, we had a wedding of 100 people and we were able to mingle around the library, as well as the outside terrace. Bocce ball was available and used by the children, which I think was very helpful to guests with children. Their ballroom is beautiful and we loved the tall windows surrounding the room and the pictures we have already look incredible. Something people are still talking to us about is the food. The food at Pinstripes is amazing. I don't quite know who the chef is but they are doing an amazing job. I feel like Pinstripes very well might be one of my favorite restaurants in the area. A benefit also of picking Pinstripes is that their wedding food menu is largely the same as the restaurant menu so you can go back at any point to re-try your wedding meal again - something we definitely plan on doing. Following the reception, which went incredibly thanks to the wedding coordinator from Pinstripes we had an hour of bowling with all of the lanes reserved for us which everyone loved. I feel like bowling was a great way to involve everyone in an afterparty. Even though it's our own wedding, we definitely don't think we'll ever be to a better one (unless it's also at Pinstripes!). Besides everything else, the location was amazing too. Being steps away from a hotel (and blocks from additional hotels) made it easy for our guests. There multiple options for post-post wedding party locations. We saw a farmer's market open on the day of our wedding that we heard some of the guests visited. We'll be happy to make our return to North Bethesda for many date nights, likely including bowling with it. Pinstripes had it all, location, professionalism, food, staff and coordinator, the fun-factor. We know we had the best wedding of our lives here.

The room for the cocktail hour was set up wonderfully. Table settings are included with the package and the candles looked perfect. We felt secure in knowing we could easily move the ceremony inside with any weather concerns. The landscaping/greenery is so well taken care of, it looked fantastic for our ceremony outside on the patio. The hotel staff set up, serve, and clean up - it made for a very relaxing weekend. Our hotel room was incredible also. The hotel was generous with leaving little surprises and gifts for us when we arrived to our room. It was all worth the price.

I’m so happy we chose the Loon Lodge Inn to host our wedding. The food was spectacular, the tent was beautiful, and the lake views were amazing. But the real stars of the show were the hospitality and service from Kim and other staff members at the Loon Lodge. They went above and beyond the entire weekend. Everyone at our wedding sung the praises of the staff including their hard work, friendly demeanors, and their creativity to fix things when unexpected things happened. For example, when the florist’s arbor fell over and broke, the florist attempted to hold it together using ribbons and flowers that looked awful. Kim immediately fixed it using fishing line and it ended up looking beautiful as the fishing line wasn’t even noticeable and especially won’t be seen in pictures. Kim also tried extremely hard to have the ceremony outside despite forecasts of rain. Having the ceremony outside was the one thing I really wanted to happen that weekend. Kim was constantly checking the forecast that day and saw that there would be a window of opportunity without rain and at the last minute made an outside ceremony happen. Additionally, I didn’t realize that we never assigned someone to be in charge of the cake-cutting. Kim saw it was not being cut and went out of her way to cut everyone a slice of cake. There were many moments like this and I’m sure way more that happened behind the scenes that we weren’t privy to. The bartenders and other staff members, especially the chef, also did a fantastic job. Choosing the Loon Lodge Inn for our venue was the best decision I made regarding wedding planning. My now husband and I plan to return here for an anniversary trip one day. Thanks to the Loon Lodge Inn and Kim for a weekend that we will always remember and think fondly of!

I cannot begin to describe how happy we are that we booked Basil Place for our wedding. I planned our Cleveland wedding from out-of-state, and Michelle from the get-go was so flexible in setting up tours for my family and fiancé when we got into town. First, I'll speak about the venue itself: it is absolutely the most beautiful place I've ever seen. The whole farm is surrounded by beautiful nature, trees, and ponds, and rolling pastures. We were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony, get ready in the carriage house, and use the manor house for pictures, hanging out, and pre-wedding snacks. Our reception was in the barn, which is so gorgeous and opens up onto a patio with views of rolling fields and reflecting ponds (which are stocked with bass if you feel like fishing like some of our guests did!) There was so much space for our reception we were able to set up cornhole and spikeball outside the barn which made for such a fun evening. Our guest loved taking pictures all around the property. I cannot say enough good things about how perfect this venue was for our wedding! I also have to mention how absolutely wonderful and above and beyond Michelle and her staff were throughout every step of the wedding process. Michelle truly feels like family to us. She made the process so easy and was so accommodating to all of our requests. She checked on us so many times leading up to and the day of the wedding- we truly felt so taken care of It is so apparent that this is not just a business to her, but truly her passion. Their preferred caterer, A Taste Of Excellence, was hands-down the best experience with a caterer we've ever had. Mikaela was so kind and flexible, and the food was absolutely to die for we were so impressed with them that we had them cater our welcome dinner as well. They do so many weddings at basil place that they are very familiar with set up and where to go, which makes for that much smoother of a day. All the catering staff were so kind and friendly and added to the positive atmosphere. In summary, if we could go back in time, we would choose Basil Place 100 times over!!

My husband and I found Allegro while searching for venues in the Hill Country, and Allegro had just reopened under new management. We scheduled a "sip and see" with venue manager, Amber, and absolutely fell in love with everything about it! This venue is awesome as everything is right there including bridal/ groom suites, some lodging accommodations if you need them, the chapel, covered cocktail hour space, and a large reception space. Allegro has everything you love about hill country, with lots of space, Texas charm, and natural beauty. Truly, the selling point was Grace chapel, where the natural beauty won us over. Amber and her team were fantastic throughout the planning process, offering us suggested vendors when needed, inviting us to open house/ vendor gatherings, etc. and allowing us to schedule an additional tour with our family who wanted to see the space as well. The Allegro team added a lot of really great options throughout our planning as well, including some decor pieces, greenery wall for backdrops, candle votives, and GOLD CHARGERS! It is also close enough to the hotels in dripping springs, so guests have options on where to stay. Pro tip: book blocks as soon as possible! Additionally, if you have a larger bridal party, the bridal suite is fairly tight for 10 people, so utilizing another space could be helpful. All in all, Allegro surpassed our expectations, and we could not be happier with how our wedding went back in October 2023. When I tell you to book this venue.. really, BOOK THIS VENUE, you will not regret it - with beautiful grounds and the most amazing team committed to making your wedding the best day ever. I am so thankful we came across Allegro and will recommend it to everyone! Let me start off by saying, I was a girl who never cared to get married, until I found Sacred Mountain Julian. I knew immediately from their photos, I needed to book my wedding there. Right when they announced their 2023 reservations were open, I immediately booked a walk through and basically booked my fall wedding. First off, the Sunset Plateau is so amazing and breathtaking to say your vows. I specifically told my photographer that I wanted to take as many photos possible on the property. Every area offers photos ops of your liking. The team there is amazing to work with. I recommend visiting the property to see the beauty for yourself.

We wanted a more casual wedding and pinstripes was perfect for that. The weather was perfect so we were able to have our ceremony outside on the patio and that area was perfect for the pictures! We had bowling during cocktail hour which our guests loved. The food was incredible and they did a great job managing our cake, decor, and everything we dropped off. The whole staff was so easy to work with and all of the meetings went so smooth.

We were able to get married AND have our reception at the venue. Guests were able to watch the sunset and see the stars come out. We didn’t need to set up a wedding backdrop or anything since the land itself was breathtaking. How much do wedding & reception venues cost?

The cost of wedding venues varies, with factors influencing cost including size, location, guest count, and, most importantly, whether things like catering and rentals are included. The more a reception venue near you includes, the higher the cost. When considering venues, try to compare prices apples-to-apples. If one venue includes catering and rentals in their pricing and the other doesn’t, you need to figure out how much additional cost those outside vendors would be to make a true comparison. Before booking, be sure you’re aware of additional costs outlined in your contract, like parking fees and weather-related considerations (adding a tent, etc.).

What questions should we ask wedding venues?

When talking with a potential venue, always ask about 1) their availability and 2) their capacity. Some popular venues book up peak season Saturdays nearly 2 years in advance—if your first choice date isn’t available, consider your flexibility on day of the week and year. While maximum capacity is non-negotiable, venues might have guidance on what guest count will be most comfortable. Also, you’ll want to understand what is and is not included in the venue’s fees.
