I have an obsession for capturing real and raw moments that are both timeless and elegant. I live for the moments that aren’t rehearsed or posed. I love to spend time with my clients and make sure our bond is as strong as super glue. I opened my photography studio in 2009. I love working with people and making them happy with my pictures. I capture single special moments and entire stages of people’s lives, photographing all types of portraits – family, new born, maternity, fashion, business head shots, boudoir, engagement sessions, senior pictures and much more. I also shoot different events including, of course, weddings. My first professional photography job was being a second shooter at weddings, so, for me, wedding is the type of photography that I feel I was born to do. I enjoy shooting commercial and fine art photography as well.

I am a fine art wedding photographer and wedding planner, wife, and mother to our three sweet babies! I first fell in love with photography at an early age. I became very inspired watching my father photograph weddings and capturing the authentic joy on his clients best day. It was then that I fell in love with the concept of love and knew what I wanted to do. I went on to film photography in high school and digital photography in college. After college I started a job as a party coordinator. I did this for years. Then, on blind faith started my own journey into the world of photography and wedding planning!

I began, 2017; ‘Editorial Fashion’ working with modeling agencies. Then doing my 1st wedding by request in Taiwan for a Luxury Editorial style wedding. I completely fell in love with wedding imagery and the process that all goes into the experience. From there ‘I’ became ‘we’ as my team grew. Having refined our Luxury Editorial Image over the years!

photography is my world I have been in photography for 23 years and I try to learn more every day, photography is an art with infinite inspiration. I love photographing weddings! What makes me different from other photographers, for me every wedding is a challenge I try to be more creative and do something different. every wedding is a chapter.

I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. Fine art photography was my beginning, creating conceptual and authentic art that spoke to me and told my story was what I started with and then I started blurring that line between fine art and documentary. I started documenting other people and their lives in the same way that I created my own work intended for shows and galleries. That is how I came to the style that I shoot now, still blending the two parts of my life.

I'm a photographer based in Moorhead, MN (but available for travel). Photography has been one of my biggest passions since I got my iPod. I love everything about being behind the camera.
