“If you have the means to, choose Bill Miller's as your venue! My now husband and I were treated like royalty from the first tour to our wedding day. We were never without a beverage and were well fed (almost too full!). Mary was our coordinator, and was never hard to reach. We chose this venue for a few reasons: we would have the venue for the whole day to ourselves, all-inclusive with fantastic food and great drinks, a solid indoor/rain option for the ceremony, and a coordinator was included. We are your destination resort without boarding a plane! You can park our car and celebrate all weekend long. We offer Rehearsal Dinners, Breakfast, Bar / Restaurant, Spa, Fitness, Pools, Hot Tubs and of course Hotel Guest Rooms. We have outdoor ceremony options in the stone garden or the vineyard and we always have a weather back up space in case the weather is not perfect. Timbers is our most popular rustic reception room. It can hold up to 200 guests and has 24' cathedral ceilings with exposed beams with lots of natural light overlooking our vineyard. Couples can take photos on our Golf Course while guests enjoy cocktail hour. After the wedding, everyone can go to the Tavern for the After party. After partying the night away, hit the elevator button and you can go right to your room. We typically host one wedding a day and have no set start time. We are located in a scenic part of Newtown, in the southwestern part of Connecticut, only minutes away from the historical Newtown's Center and Flagpole. The farm atmosphere embraces the feeling of a past time where life was genuine and simple.

One of the best things about the farm is you can really make the space your own and make your wedding how you want it which can't be understated. From the moment we stepped foot into the Waterview on our tour, we knew we had to get married here and it was without a doubt the best choice we could make for our wedding. From pre planning to the day, the staff was kind, attentive, and organized. We felt very well taken care of and our day ran so smoothly thanks to our event coordinator, Zuleika. They take care of so many details for us and decreased wedding planning stress by 10 fold. Not to mention the place is stunning and the property is perfectly manicured and photo ready. We are so thankful!! Food was also a 10/10.”
