Facilities and Capacity The ballroom at Kellerman's Event Center is pet-friendly and can host up to 270 seated guests. Its original grand staircase leads into the main entrance of the ballroom. The elegant and charming venue has many stand-out features including 17-foot exposed wood ceilings, hardwood floors, elegant cafe lights, stunning archways, and handcrafted European storefronts. A cozy lounge and bar area, beautifully landscaped garden courtyard, and deck overlooking the city. Established in 1927 and on the National Historic Register, the Lowell Inn offers 23 beautifully restored, private romantic guest rooms featuring today’s amenities, and 12 contemporary rooms in the new annex.
