I later would find out that it translates to "growth" and "abundance," in Arabic. What a happy coincidence! All I want is to grow with my brides and clients who need me for their special events! I want an abundant amount of times to see you and get to know your personal beauty needs! I created Zayd's Beauty to bring a little light into everyone's world. From the moment you sit in mine, or a team members chair, I want you to leave feeling confident and beautiful!

20 years ago when I planned my own wedding, I was given a budget of $2500. We fed 200 people a full Thanksgiving meal and I had the wedding I wanted that day. I had only spent an extravagant amount of money on ONE thing.....candles! I was devastated when my candles didn't even get lit that day! I vowed right then and there that no bride should have regrets and every bride deserved the wedding of their dreams on their budget and someone to stand in their corner all day. With that, I became a wedding planner for ALL brides on ANY budget!

I want the photos of my wedding that I don’t have –; that capture the moments of affection between our family members; that remind us of the little details and big feelings of that day. I want the photos of my father-in-law walking my wife down the aisle, six months before he unexpectedly passed away. Those photos don’t exist. Instead, I have a handful of blurry, poorly edited images, the half-hearted efforts of an amateur photographer who didn’t yet know what he was doing with a camera. At that time I didn’t know the value of a professional wedding photographer, so I didn’t make the investment and it’s one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made.

The Pictures Band was started as a family band when they were still children. Robin (guitar), and Byron (drums) started the band when they were only 10 and 11 and have been performing ever since.
