The Fremont Foundry is a versatile event venue located in the heart of the charming Fremont neighborhood. A former working metal foundry and artist commune custom built by local artist Peter Bevis, the Fremont Foundry is where some of Seattle’s most iconic art such as the Jimi Hendrix statue was created. Host your event in a sky-lit atrium with a 20-ft ceiling while drinks are being prepared in the outdoor courtyard, or share your vows on the rooftop terrace with sweeping views of North Seattle and enjoy a delicious dinner and lively reception in our historic space.

The House Then Designed by Daniel Riggs Huntington, a well respected Seattle architect, this replica of George Washington's beloved Mount Vernon home was built in 1925. Employed as the City of Seattle architect from 1912 until 1921, Huntington also designed the Fremont library branch, the Lake Union Steam Plant, several fire stations and the Washington Street Boat Landing. While the Chapter House was "purpose built" as a meeting place, the membership always intended their hospitality to extend to the community in the form of a venue for private, public and non-profit events. The House Now Located on the northwest slope of Capitol Hill in the historic Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, we continue the mission of our visionary founders by offering our house for events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings, memorial services to auctions, baptisms to retirement parties.

Fremont Abbey is our main venue at 43rd & Fremont Avenue North in Seattle. The 1914 building was reopened in 2008 after undergoing major renovations including seismic, design, environment & visual improvements. As of 2023, we have installed a brand new HVAC system with air filtration and air-conditioning to our main upstairs hall. Now a beautiful & welcoming multi-use venue with a warm vintage style, the Abbey welcomes up to 250 people for events of many varieties including nonprofit galas, private weddings, receptions, parties, meetings, workshops, classes and more. We view weddings as an artistic, creative, community-celebrated gathering centered around the love and commitment of two people. As part of our nonprofit mission, we want to develop a partnership with you (as a member of the Abbey) to help create a beautiful and unique event for you and your loved ones. The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. The MV Skansonia is Seattle’s premier waterfront venue. Constructed in 1929 by the Skansie Brothers, the Skansonia ferried cars and passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance for decades, before finding its permanent docking place on Lake Union and beginning its new career in event hosting. With its signature center bar, polished wood floors, a large outdoor deck, and a postcard view of the Seattle skyline, the Skansonia is the embodiment of iconic Seattle.

--* PLEASE NOTE: We only host SUMMER weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. *-- This venue is on a farm that has been in our family for five generations. We are a new venue, but we love this special place so much and wanted to share its beauty with others. The ceremony space is beneath the canopy of an old-growth spruce tree beside a creek. We were married in this spot and it was truly magical! There is an open-air field just beyond the tree that is available as a reception space. We offer a bridal dressing room within a 10'x10' decorated "glamping" tent. We also have the add-on option of a 15'x20' event tent available (please see pictures in the gallery). If you're interested, we also have goats, pigs, chickens, and old farm implements available for photo opportunities. We also now provide string lights and electricity (suitable for a food truck) in the reception field!
