The founder of India House, Jagmohan Jayara, has always wished to serve society with food that touches the soul and brings to life the Indian culture. Wonderland Sweets Bakery is owned and run by a married couple, Ashley & Alex. WSB is currently located inside Rooted in downtown Rockford, IL. Our main goal is to prepare all cakes, sweets, pastries, and chocolate confections with the integrity of fresh, real ingredients. We enjoy presenting our cakes and confections with our unique artistic designs using items such as organic edible flowers, handcrafted meringues, Belgian chocolate drips, and 24K gold leaf!

Since 1995, China Moon has bartended for dive bars, house parties, underground events, celebrity bashes, and fine dining establishments in NYC and the Midwest. She’s an old soul with a heart for gardening, reading, music, dancing, animals, and, when it’s safe again, putting her passport back in the rotation. She holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant business management, was the Private Dining & Event Manager at The Edgewater Hotel from 2016-to 2018, and is a member of the Beta Beta Psi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa. China Moon is an eager reader (and dotes on Stephen King and Dean Koontz novels.) She loves aged Brugal Rum on the rocks with lime.

Owners James & Lisa are a husband and wife duo with a passion for entertaining! After leaving her corporate job and wanting to stay in the events industry, Lisa saw the need for a mobile bar in the Chicagoland area and Lucky Hitch Mobile Events came to life. Jamie, a skilled tradesman, was the brains behind the project and their first trailer, Lucky was born. Lisa has over 20 years in the corporate and social event industry and knows what it takes to pull off a successful wedding and event. Always staying on top of the trends, Lisa is always working hard to make sure each and every event goes off without a hitch.

We are a catering firm that has been in business for 35+ years. We have an A+ rating from the BBB and are one of only a handful of caterers (out of the 2,000 in IL), that hold that ranking. Our foods are always fresh and made for you.
