I decided to pursue my love of cake and all things sweet and in 2014 received my Associates Degree in Baking & Pastry from Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, I've been focused on expanding my portfolio and pushing the boundaries of what cake can taste and look like.

After moving here in 1993, she found it impossible to find such cheesecake so started her own business. Today, her St. Louis Park, MN based facility produces hundreds of Chicago style cheesecakes weekly, in over 200 flavors! We have appeared on Kare 11, WCCO, CBS, The Jason Show, The Emmy Awards and on Food Network’s Roker on the Road in addition to receiving several local awards including Best in Minnesota, Outstanding Community Partner and Historic Icon. Even the White House invited us to visit!

It started out as a challenge to see if I could do it, and once I mastered that, I decided to expand into different flavors. I brought cheesecakes to family functions and my mom would always say that they were "too rich" or "too much". I changed to making them into bars so she could have a smaller piece and it wouldn't be too much. Once I found mini cheesecake pans, my life was made! After being encouraged by my friends and family to start my own business, I took the leap and did it. 6 years later, I am still enjoying it.
