Our specialty is our rehearsal/ wedding ceremony value package. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. We are located on 10.5 acres with woods, barns, a pond, and rustic accents so there are many great photo opportunities!

With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
