Located in the heart of Collinsville, Illinois, Gateway Convention Center provides 11 different event spaces that can be used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and more! We understand how important your wedding day is because, it marks the beginning of your new life together as a married couple. Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is the exclusive, in-house caterer at Gateway Convention Center. Although we do not allow outside food and beverage, we do make exceptions for wedding cakes. We offer our each couple the ability to customize the perfect meal for their big day.

Nestled along the property of the historic 1871 Eagle Fork Farm, The Aquila Barn sits on top of a hillside providing a beautiful backdrop to famous Missouri sunsets. Aquila Barn is equipped with an indoor/outdoor top of the line sound system which allows you to extend your party outdoors. Featuring a partially covered extended patio, decorated with elegantly strung lights and a cozy fire pit. You can have fun inside and outside in the beautiful Missouri weather. Our venue has a private bridal suite, grooms wait room, bathrooms, outdoor fire pit, and extended patio, with a top of the line sound system which allows you to extend your party to the beautiful outdoors. Our venue is nestled on 36 acres and features 2 ponds with fountains. The building was once an airplane hangar - during your event the large door can be opened for an indoor/outdoor experience. The property boasts 2 bridal suites, a man cave with a bar, pool table, & theater room as well as a home that will sleep 17 and a seasonal pool. One of the most popular amenities (and we offer so many resources to our couples) we offer is our extensive decorations collection that you can use - free of charge. And after your wedding? No cleaning up at The Hangar! Our staff is onsite the entire evening cleaning and at the end of the night they pack everything away!

The St Louis Carousel is a wonderfully unique place in which to hold your special event. Our 2400 square foot gallery will seat 200 guests for a sit down dinner, 250 guests for a standing cocktail reception or 125 guests in a classroom setting. Out spacious patio is also available and holds 350 guests. The patio is perfect for an outdoor wedding or for cocktails and greeting guests. Parking is plentiful and the building is ADA accessible. All special event rentals include two staff members who will operate the Carousel during the contracted time.

Hosting your wedding at the Inn at 835 leaves your guests wondering how you had the time to put so many details into your big day, when really, we take care of everything for you, from start to finish. As a full-service event center, we offer several special add-on services to enhance your event, including table side wine service, champagne, an open bar, centerpiece decorations and candles, colored linens, and silver coffee service. While Echo Creek works well for all events, it was designed specifically for weddings. From the very beginning, we had a vision focused around the beauty and seclusion of the property and how that would enhance our client’s big day. The unique design of the Echo Creek offers an opportunity for your wedding and reception to stand out from the crowd. You’ll find ample opportunities on the property for pictures, no need to leave. With a bridge and two creeks and surrounding established trees, the property offers lots of picturesque opportunities. While the wedding party is getting their pictures taken, the guests will be able to enjoy a cocktail on the patio or one of the many picnic tables located throughout the property. With the capability to accommodate indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, we can make the day truly yours!
