I am a lover of puppy kisses, the beginning of football season, long drives with the windows down, and the thrill of adventure to new places. I am married to my best friend whom I have known since high school; he's a sweet and athletic hunk of a man who loves his hair and somehow manages to keep it within regulations while serving in the Army. We do not have any human children, but we do have four fur babies whom we are quite frankly obsessed with and are spoiled to no end. When I am not behind the camera, you can find me spending quality time with my family, working on some random DIY project, or binge watching a new show on Netflix.

I'm a northern VA-based wedding photographer who believes that finding your forever love is a gift worth celebrating! But not every love story is the same. We met in elementary school, Derek was 2 years ahead of me at a small private school where everybody knew everybody. We knew of each other for 11 years before we finally became friends 2 years after he graduated. He worked up the courage to ask me out, and from that day on we were inseparable, many of our first “dates” were spent exploring new places and taking photos and videos. Our venue at the Science Museum of Western Virginia has 2 floors that you can utilize or rent out one floor for the event. Our space is does not include a caterer but we can offer suggestions to use in the area. We can also obtain a license for liquor, wine and beer. The space can include multiple different exhibits so your guests can play some games and socialize during the event.

Hi, my name is Megan. It was meant to be. I got my start in the industry by doing weddings, formals and different events at just age 15 and fell in love with it and have been doing it for over 9 years! Now I am a full time bridal hairstylist and MUA and serve brides in the Roanoke, VA and surrounding areas.

We're a family-owned working farm located in New Castle, VA about 20 minutes from Roanoke. We have >100 acres of pristine land that backs up to National Forest land. The back of the farm has a small, rustic barn that has been converted for use as a intimate ceremony and can accommodate several people or a covered area for serving food, cake table, and gifts area. Couples are welcome to hang photos and decorate the barn to their liking. There is ample room for tents to accommodate DJ services, dance floor, caterers, etc. The lower section of the property is meticulously maintained and has a built-in stone grill and a large fire pit that couples are welcome to use. Ample parking is available. Power is available via generator to power lights, music, etc. We're happy to work with couples or wedding planners to make your big day unique and stress-free.
