The home dates back to the turn-of-the-century, with renovations made in 2018, preserving the original architecture and existing furnishings. The estate is authentic, historic, and eager to be the hosting venue for your most important day! We have a history of hosting a variety of special events and weddings, and can assist with planning your big day! We offer a variety of wedding day packages and onsite lodging for up to 12 guests. We can assist with your stay, making it the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, whether it’s stoking of the fire or preparing sweet tea for guests!

The property has grand shade trees all throughout providing a beautiful backdrop for you ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. With stunning indoor and outdoor options including our stunning greenhouse inspired event building, beautiful overnight rooms, and full weekend rentals, Waverly Estate is able to offer peace of mind on your wedding day.
