Zingerman’s Bakehouse is an artisanal bakery with a baking school in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We started 30 years ago as a simple bread bakery with a single customer, Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Beth is an award winning cake artist and professional chocolatier, learning all she can from Melissa Coppel. She is a certified judge, who travels the US teaching and judging sugar art. Our Vintage 1960's camper has been fully remodeled and is ready to serve up Hudsonville Ice cream. Booking includes 1-3 happy servers, service for 2-3 hours depending on the size of your event. Up to 5 Flavors!
