Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Delish Cakes creates custom cakes and sweets for any occasion, and we love to make each order just as special as the clients who order them! Everything is created in small batches and made just for you. We do Cakes, cake pops, custom sugar cookies, sweet tables, cupcakes and more.

“I first found out about Delish Cakes at a wedding expo in Rosemont. I do not remember if the samples there were mini cup cakes or something else, but they were DELICIOUS! I reached out to Delish Cakes to do my wedding cake and loved that we we were able to do a tasting (you take a container home to sample different a few flavored cakes, frostings & fillings), although it was not free. Communication usually was not an issue. We were very happy with how our wedding cake turned out & are excited to have more for our 1st anniversary.”

“So happy we decided to get our cake from Mollys cupcakes. We had our wedding in Chicago but live in NYC so the fact that Mollys had bakeries in both cities was a huge plus! They provided a free cake tasting of 6 different flavors, was very easy to work with and was priced very well compared to others I looked at. Their cupcakes/ cakes were DELICIOUS! Would highly recommend.”
