We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was a phenomenal setting all around. Plenty of space for those who want to get rowdy and those who don't, with lots of different places to gather throughout the property. Deb is very kind and her staff are well organized. Great little gem in Belmont.

The event space includes a 6,000-square-foot Reception Hall, a 3,000-square-foot Ceremony Space with Grooms Quarters attached, and an 800-square-foot building dedicated as a Bridal Suite. It has two beautifully landscaped garden spaces that can be used for cocktail hour or ceremony spaces. The entire facility has a brick and rod iron privacy fence surrounding the property. The venue includes three historic buildings connected by beautiful cobblestone walkways, lush landscape, landscape lighting as well as cafe lights. The walk from each unique building is just as beautiful as the buildings themselves.

I had the privilege of working with Pam at The Gin on 391. As a wedding planner, the venue could not be more perfect. From the moment we stepped into the indoor chapel, we were captivated by its timeless beauty. The high ceilings with chandeliers, created the perfect ceremony backdrop. The seating arrangement ensured that every guest had a clear view of the ceremony, ensuring that no detail was missed. The acoustics of the ceremony and reception were exceptional, allowing every word of the vows to be heard and the reception. The spacious layout of the reception offered ample room for guests to mingle, dance, and enjoy the festivities. The attention to detail was evident! The convenience of having both indoor spaces not only added to the ease of planning but also maintained a sense of continuity throughout the celebration. Guests were able to move effortlessly from the ceremony to the reception, without any disruptions, allowing for a smooth and uninterrupted experience. The staff (Pam & Bret) at the venue deserve special mention for their exceptional service. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for our needs were evident. They worked closely with us to understand our vision and executed it flawlessly, ensuring that our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this wedding venue enough!

DuGaren Venues & Vineyards is a family owned business located in Denver, NC. The total square footage of the Venue is 10,000 square feet. There are so many unique elements of the Venue such as the large Winery space entrance doors that were obtained from an old home in Savannah GA, and the free standing fireplace at the Pavilion that was from the original home built on the land back in the 1800's. The venue is a mix of elegance meet rustic and loved by all!

The venue is gorgeous and can be customized for any occasion or theme. The venue offers lots of options on rental spaces and rentable items. The overlook behind the venue to the growing vineyard was a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony. On top of the venue, the owners and their team went above and beyond to make sure everything about our day was perfect. We are so so grateful and can’t wait for more memories at the vineyard!

The main event hall offers space for up to 300 guests and features 38-foot-high ceilings and exposed brickwork throughout the entire area. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, adding a sense of bright airiness to the room. Poured concrete floors, original wooden pillars, and exposed beams lend charm and character to the banquet hall, which can be personalized with your own decor. Also available is a one-bedroom loft apartment with a full kitchen that can be used as your honeymoon suite for your wedding night. Our experience with Homesteads was absolutely top notch. My husband and I have been involved in over 200 weddings between planning, coordinating, catering, attending, being in the bridal party, and now as bride and groom--so we have truly seen the full spectrum of wedding vendors and venues. From our very first meeting to our wedding day and even beyond, the staff at Homesteads has exceeded our expectations. Venue director Hannah is professional yet relatable and gave us helpful tips and recommendations along the way, responded to all our questions in a timely manner, and overall made our entire day flow smoothly. Catering director Kim is a sweetheart and worked with us to create several versions of our menu and was patient as my (former chef) husband made tweaks over the course of several months. The day-of staff and bartenders were outstanding--serving our guests with excellence, making them feel welcome, and contributing to the overall atmosphere we had envisioned. They brought us food and drinks all night and we didn't have to think about anything except enjoying the party we had spent so many months planning! So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and unique the venue was. There are so many different event spaces at Loray Mill and we ended up hosting our rehearsal dinner / welcome party there as well--truly a full-service venue. With so much to plan for our wedding, it was a huge relief that they also provided tables & chairs, linens, catering, alcohol, bar service, security, etc. and we didn't have to "Frankenstein" all of those details. Many of our vendors were already familiar with the venue which was a huge plus as well. We love Hannah and Homesteads and would recommend this venue and this team to absolutely anyone!
