Conley Creek is a newer venue opened in 2020 by Chad & Laura Winkler. We have a rustic yet modern feel with a large event barn to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and also a small white adorable chapel that seats around 50 inside. Both of these also provide outdoor options of seating of 150 guests! We do the setup for you and also provide two cabins, one for the bride and her guests and one for the groom and his guests. They can also be rented overnight if you want a fun last night of the single life!

The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

Kaya Vineyard & Winery is a resort wedding venue located in Dahlonega, Georgia. Alongside Dahlonega Resort, this stunning destination creates the perfect backdrop for a celebration of love. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
