Andrea, founder of Rare Bird Collective, began her career as a creative project manager in advertising and spent over 12 years working for some of the best hospitality groups in the country. She helped open several James Beard-nominated restaurants and worked for Relais & Châteaux properties. She has worked in every capacity of events from intimate birthday celebrations to large high-profile weddings, VIP and backstage parties for internationally touring musicians to the Nobel Peace Prize Forum, and everything in between.

I am the Founder & Head Planner at Grace Lee Events! My husband and I live in Phoenix, Arizona with our cocker spaniel pup Cooper!  Since 2021, I've been planning and coordinating weddings. Her background in planning events started in the nonprofit industry in 2004, when she was responsible for coordinating the annual Shake it for Shelter fundraising event at COMPASS for Kids for several years. At Cradles to Crayons, Sarah oversaw all of the organization's signature events, including the 700-person annual Backpack-a-thon and the largest fundraiser of the year, the "Un-Gala". Sarah also worked at Facing History and Ourselves, where she planned their annual 900-person benefit dinner and advised their ten company offices on event strategy and execution.
