We started a bison ranch in 2020 and after a few years of cooking under a tent we decided to upgrade and got our truck. We love providing local, healthy, and delicious food to our community. We are both veterans and after serving came together and started our business.

Cam FitzPatrick: Born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming. Cam has been working in the bartending and restaurant industry for many years. When he's not pouring drinks, he's focused on his professional snowboard career. Rene´ FitzPatrick: Also born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, René has been bartending and creating her own cocktail recipes in the valley for the last 4 years. Previous to bartending she worked weddings and events in the area for many seasons. The combination of both passions has lead her to where she is today.
Chef Jeff channeled his passions and experience into creating his own business “Madison Farm” and became a personal chef to families. Our talented Chef Jeff continues working in the high cuisine industry across Spokane, CDA, and Sandpoint as he cooks for family events and dinner parties. As we are blessed with a new member of our family, Madison Ava-Rose, we are ecstatic to take our endeavor to the next level in Loon Lake as we continue serving couples embarking on a new adventure, that is, marriage.

Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove.
