They were a little bit out of our budget, but we decided to book them anyways and cut back on other things and let me tell you ...they were worth every single penny!!! “DJ D-Mac was one of the first "wedding day details" we locked in. After my wife and I got engaged, we pretty much immediately dove headfirst into wedding planning. One of the first things we knew is that we wanted to work with a DJ rather than a band. And I knew I wanted to work with DJ D-Mac. The first time I saw D-Mac spin a set was at a friend's wedding in 2014, and I was blown away. At every wedding since then, I've measured other DJs' performances against what I saw (and couldn't stop dancing to) that day. His ability to blend songs, flowing from one crowd pleaser to the next while pairing them in unexpected and delightful ways kept the dancefloor packed and moving all night. Once we'd finished the official wedding business of speeches, toasts, and cake cutting, I ducked my head over to the DJ booth and said, "I don't wanna leave the dancefloor for the next three hours." Unsurprisingly, he delivered exactly what my wife and I -- and all of our guests -- were looking for. Since our wedding in September, the most consistent feedback we've received from wedding guests is how incredible our DJ was and how much fun they had at our reception. Seriously, I wish I'd kept a log of the number of times "y'all's DJ was amazing" or something similar has been said or texted to me. We're already looking for an excuse to throw another party so we have a reason to work with D-Mac again. “Kelton was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He stuck with us even when we had to postpone our wedding for two years due to the pandemic, so we really appreciated his commitment to working with us. Kelton has a great system for figuring out your taste, priorities, and run of show. He set up very quickly at our venue, which was key given we were running on a tight schedule, and he managed to produce nice sound in a very cavernous space (no idea how!). He kept us running on time and made all transitions seamless. His music perfectly matched the vibe we wanted, starting with a relaxed cocktail hour and dinner, and gradually increasing the tempo into a full-scale dance party as the night went on. And our friends and family had an absolute blast! He had everyone from 20 somethings to family in their 60s and 70s dancing until the very end!
