Working with the Tremont House to meet all of our wedding weekend needs was wonderfully simple! Jordyn and her team went above and beyond during the planning and for our wedding weekend. We had a large group (30 rooms) with people from all over. The rooms were perfect and the Texas hospitality was excellent. As the MOB it was important to us that all of the family and friends that came to Galveston for our event were comfortable. The roof top bar was an added bonus for the after party!

Our wedding at Willowynn Barn was truly everything we ever dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, Amanda made the entire planning process feel effortless. After a full year of planning together late night phone calls, texts when I was stressing, and constant reassurance that everything would work out she became so much more than just our coordinator. She became family. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly makes Willowynn special is the people behind it. Amanda and her team went above and beyond in every possible way. On our wedding day, they handled every single detail flawlessly setting every tablecloth, fork, candle, and piece of décor exactly how I envisioned it (without ever questioning my “extra” ideas ). I never once felt stressed because I knew we were in the best hands. Our day was seamless, peaceful, and honestly magical and that is all because of Amanda and her incredible team. My partner and I got our engagement photos taken by Ashley and she was absolutely incredible. It was our first time ever getting our pictures taken so she was so patient with us and guided us into different positions but also managed to get candid photos of us throughout the shoot. The Bayside Event Center was the absolute best choice for our wedding venue. Their communication throughout the entire planning process was fast and extremely helpful. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking sunset views that makes for the perfect backdrop to our special day. Additionally, the upstairs lodge was a wonderful space for our families to get ready on the day of. Throughout the night, Ralph and Connie were always on their toes, making sure that not only my husband and I were taken care of, but the entire wedding party as well. The best part of our wedding day was obviously getting married, but the second best was the opportunity to work with Haylee. As a Type A who loves event planning, I entered my engagement era thinking I would never need or want a wedding planner. We were introduced to Haylee at a bridal show, and I instantly loved her. She is organized yet calm and laidback, and she operates with such knowledge and confidence that I instantly trusted her. We had a very specific aesthetic for our wedding, and she executed it better than I could have ever dreamed of or done myself. Most of the time I felt like she had somehow gotten inside my head and could read my thoughts - she anticipated my questions and concerns before I could voice them and always had answers, solutions, and back up plans #1, 2, and 3 already prepared. Haylee has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge, and it shows - we did the Guided Planning Design package, so we spearheaded many conversations with vendors. That being said, she never hesitated to provide stellar vendor recommendations and to prep us with questions we would have never known to ask in the first place (e.g. asking our DJ if they provided wind shields with their lapel mics since we planned for our ceremony to be outdoors). Haylee made me feel so at ease for the entire 1.5 years we worked together, and I felt 100% comfortable letting go of the reins. If you are or know a Type A, you know that means A LOT. The best decision we ever made in our wedding planning journey was hiring Haylee. I would get married all over again just to work with her one more time! If you want a planner who truly listens to your wants and visions, advocates for her clients, answers every anxiety-ridden text quickly and with a smile, comes to your wedding with the most stacked emergency kit, keeps you at your budget, and gives you a wedding so perfect there is truly not a single thing you would've changed, you need her. And even if you don't think you do, I promise that you do.

They were good from the start. They were able to meet with us when it was convenient for us, they offer up front and low pricing, and the location has a beautiful gazebo on the water. We had our room block and Welcome Party at Hotel Lucine and it was the most perfect experience for our wedding. They helped us plan our Welcome Party at The Rooftop, including a curated food and drink menu. Their food is top-notch, including the meals we had at The Fancy for dinner and brunch. Our guests told us that everything was so convenient and that it felt like we had a resort to ourselves. The staff is also super friendly. Hotel Lucine holds so much sentiment for us now, and we will continue to visit as much as we can!
