The Evergreen Estate was envisioned by two college sweethearts as a place to enjoy life's finest moments with the people you love most. Boxcar Bar + Arcade’s NEW private event space in Greensboro is perfect for anything from weddings to birthday parties, business meetings, networking events and all types of special occasions! Cadillac Service Garage is located in the heart of downtown Greensboro. As we renovated this historic 1921 Cadillac Dealership, we respected its character and kept the exposed brick walls, original black & white marble Showroom floor and lofty 30' ceilings with skylights. We added only "real" materials like concrete, brick, steel, reclaimed wood and glass in bringing the old building back to life as a wedding venue. The result is a truly unique, handcrafted, industrial urban-renewal work of art! Cadillac Service Garage features a private Terrace Courtyard, gorgeous architectural features, industrial texture and a Wandering Garden for photography, multiple indoor & outdoor ceremony locations, two large, well-appointed private suites with early access, two built-in bars, a built-in stage, on-site parking, custom-built farm tables & Chiavari chairs, and custom lighting that includes permanent (indoor & outdoor) festoon string lights.

The McAlister-Leftwich House is a historic property located in Greensboro, NC. Nestled right outside of downtown, the property holds two historic homes, McAlister and Leftwich. Between the two homes there is an on site Bridal Suite and Grooms Suite, multiple indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception locations, and options for intimate weddings or larger celebrations. We worked hard to uphold the historic integrity of both homes for our guests to enjoy. We think you will love the charm and beauty of the McAlister-Leftwich House!
