Welcome to our beautiful venue! Venue 105 was newly built in 2021. We have over 5500 sq ft of under roof space with a luxury lodge like feel (climate controlled). We also have a bridal suite, grooms' room and caterer's kitchen for your use. Our outdoor ceremony area is under a beautiful canopy of mature oak trees with rustic bench seating for 200 plus guests. Under the Woods Event Center was created when our eldest son and future daughter-in-law were searching for a location wedding. Our family realized we had the perfect location and beautiful acreage on our rolling Ozark hills to build a gorgeous event venue that would be perfect for their fit event and many future events. We designed a climate controlled barn conveniently located on Highway 71 in Jane, Missouri, one mile north of Bella Vista, Arkansas.

Their passion for bringing life and excitement back into older things manifested with the renovation process as they created a grand bridal suite and party room in the 1930s home. Plans to build Bentonville's newest event venue and bridal party house began in August of 2014. While the Northwest Arkansas area offers a variety of more rustic, chic venues, the owners felt there was a great need for something polished, grand, and simply... white.
