Our space offers a full commercial kitchen, great outdoor space with overhead lighting, and most importantly, a fully stocked bar! With seating capacity for 160 and standing room for 230, it’s great for events of all kinds, and live music is always welcome!

The North Star House was built during the age of the California Gold Rush as a home and business accommodation for the second largest producing mine in California. It was designed by Julia Morgan, the first licensed female architect in in the State. Her greatest claim to fame is the Hearst Castle. Welcome. Olive Oaks is stunning four acre property, with a spectacular garden, vinyard views and pool. This special location is very private, yet feels open and expansive. We are located in Sebastopol, West Sonoma County, an area treaured for it's landscape, coastline, restaurants, vinyards and relaxed sophistication. Olive Oaks is filled inside and out with unique vintage treasures, achieved with years of collecting by the property owners. A barn with white interior may be used for dancing, catering, so many possibilities. The guest cottage is available for overnight rental. Shuttle and portable toilet rental are required, depending on guest count.

The Clubhouse is ideal for gatherings of up to 100 people. The building, designed by Charles E. Hodges was constructed in 1916. The Clubhouse is a lovely venue for private parties, weddings, recitals and off-site meetings. Guests enter through a charming portico on Homer Avenue into a spacious foyer. The main room is a simply designed space with grand proportions. On two sides, tall windows flood the room with light, which reflects off polished maple floors. Eight brass-and-glass fixtures are suspended from the high ceiling, and dark wood wainscoting and trim throughout add period character. This room includes a stage, framed by a red velvet curtain and illuminated by footlights. There is a grand piano available for musical accompaniment. Buffets are usually set up in the adjacent Fireside Room which is joined to the main room by folding French doors.

OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help OVY Camp bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!
