The Barn has been lovingly restored by the Garvey family and is now home to weddings and special events. Its hand-hewn beams tie the Barn to its past while it’s dance floor quality flooring is unique in the region . Its meticulous reconstruction make it the most spectacular barn in the region . Located in the historic association of Bay View, Stafford’s Bay View Inn boasts 31 Victorian style rooms, many overlooking the crystal clear waters of Little Traverse Bay. The Inn provides an intimate atmosphere and can be rented in its entirety, or in part, for special events. Each area boasts a singular feel all its own and includes Stafford’s signature hospitality service. Our promise to you is a memorable event with historic charm.

The Oliver Art Center is a modern architectural gem housed within a historic building on scenic Betsie Bay and the Lake Michigan shoreline. With capacity for 100+ guests, the venue features a furnished outdoor deck, for sunset views (included in the rental fee) and original artwork on display. Guest accommodations are abundant in the area including a hotel across the street from the venue. Tables and chairs are provided as part of the rental cost. Use of a professional kitchen for staging food and beverages is available for an additional fee.

Located in Marion, MI, the Olde Mill event spaces include Olde Mill Venue, The Olde Mill, and Olde Mill Lodge. We even have a mobile photo booth, Olde Mill Photo. Olde Mill Venue can seat up to 350 people and has a rustic/industrial atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to eat, drink, and be married! The Olde Mill is sure to be a fit for any bride looking for an intimate rustic wedding, seating up to 100 people. This will also have our indoor ceremony area. Olde Mill Lodge is our bridal and groom suite building, along with our outdoor ceremony area. The Lodge sleeps up to 18 people, has dual dressings rooms, and a bride/groom suite for the night of the wedding. Olde Mill Photo is a renovated 1980’s horse trailer that fits our photo booth and adds fun and memories to any wedding!

The Grain Loft is the perfect space with good bones to create an unforgettable wedding. It is located directly across from Lake Michigan and sits on 15 acres of land with natural beauty and lush gardens. The Grain Loft is a large open space with floor-to-ceiling windows, remodeled bathrooms and views of the garden. It has exposed ductwork, barn wood beams, soaring ceiling heights and cement floors. The main building also features an outdoor patio, beautiful bar, and kitchen. The second floor serves as additional seating/entertaining area and a private suite.
