I'm originally from Italy and moved to the States at the end of 2019 to live with my (very!) supporting husband, Floyd. We are running our small business from home, in Houston, Texas. Sweets by Jazz LLC was inspired by a popular cake-baking show that sparked my passion for cake artistry. I challenged myself to recreate a cake, and from that moment, my journey began. As a self-taught cake artist, I faced trial and error, but every mistake became a lesson. Cake decorating has no strict rules—each artist develops their own techniques, and I’ve done the same. I’m grateful for my business’s growth and excited for what’s ahead. We are dedicated to crafting high-quality, homemade desserts while fostering creativity, inclusivity, and excellence as we work toward expanding into a commercial space.

We create a custom menu to place on the cake bar that we bring to your event. Each guest then comes up and tells us their favorite combination, we make it and serve it to them in a cute martini glass and off they go to enjoy their very own Caketini Creation. However we do offer a 2 tier cake for the traditional cutting and photos in addition to our Caketini Bar. Let your guests choose the cake they love! Not what's chosen for them!
