Nicole is the owner of and principle event planner for Knots and Kisses Events. Established in 2012, Knots and Kisses enjoys a reputation of being the area's premier high end wedding and event planning service. Under Lasich's direction, the company has grown to a successful year round operation with cooperative agreements with the region's top venues and has served the area's largest commercial and non-profit clients. Nicole married her favorite human Mike in 2016. She enjoys eating dill pickle chips, traveling, playing uno with her daughter Alexa, and walking her two dogs (Timber Wolf the yorkie & Miss Piggy the shorkie).

We, my husband and I, started Fleurology for the need for a stronger connection with clients + the want to spend more time at home. We didn't know what we were in for with Fleurology Designs, but after 10 years in the floral industry (7 of those being with weddings and private events) my husband told me it was now or never to pursue my passions of being a business owner.
