Bonne Terre was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the start, their communication style was open, honest and collaborative - they were so easy going in helping us customize every detail to bring our vision to life. Even on a rainy day, the classic chapel and reception spaces felt like our own little weekend wedding getaway, and everything turned out exactly as we had imagined. Bonne Terre allowed all of my ideas to come to life, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We wish we could relive it over and over again!

409 South Main is in the heart of the historic arts district, close to the National Civil Rights Museum. The venue is on the renovated third floor of 409 South Main, which has wonderful views of downtown Memphis. We have the original hardwood floors, exposed bricks and beams. There is a men's lounge, a women's lounge with a make-up bar and a private lounge. The venue holds 300 guests (220-250 if you want everyone seated) with room for food and dancing.

  • Private area for the wedding party
  • Pets can join the celebration

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Additional event staff required

The venue is beautiful and the staff is very kind, but the communication from a managerial standpoint could have been better. There was also a problem with the air conditioning which was very frustrating, especially for a May wedding.

We had our wedding at No 2 Vance and it was an incredible experience. Josh was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect. The venue is beautiful. I loved that our caterer could set up food in a separate area, and we had a bar area along with a dance floor, in addition to tables and chairs set up. We also hung out on the deck during the reception. We had a fabulous wedding and reception, and are so grateful for the venue playing a huge role in our special day!
